At the One Day Healthcare Academy…

ninth-twelfth graders will discover their passion for healthcare. Whether you aspire to be a nurse or doctor, or simply want to explore the workings of a hospital, this workshop is your gateway. Hosted by the University of Saint Francis Crown Point, the summer healthcare academy invites you to dive into hands-on exploratory activities across various healthcare fields. 

From nursing to surgical technology, radiologic technology to emergency medical services, campers will rotate through classrooms and labs, gaining valuable insights into in-demand healthcare careers. With knowledgeable faculty on hand, you’ll get your questions answered and come away with different perspectives.
